Founded by Shawn Morland and Davin Neubacher, Navakai, is a privately held company that incorporated in October of 2001. From the day we opened our doors, Navakai's goal was to provide quality, cost-effective IT support and internet alternatives for small to medium-sized businesses in the community.

Navakai is a focused company; we specialize in a few core areas of IT and do them well. Our experience in the industry, combined with our extensive IT knowledge, allows us to provide companies a high level of expertise. We pride ourselves on the caliber of our Team. Each member delivers exceptional customer service, technical competence, and professionalism. Before each member can join our Team, they must first go through an extensive 5-step interview process including individual interviews, group interviews, technical aptitude testing, personality testing, and field testing. By spending the extra time during our interview process, we have been able to assemble a group of highly-motivated people who will focus on your organization's IT needs.
